Dinner is catered by Epicurean Group and includes: 
BBQ chicken, pulled pork, rolls (including option for gluten-free rolls),
three salads - green, macaroni and potato,
vegetarian baked beans and gluten-free fruit crisp for dessert.  
Most items are gluten free and there are many are vegetarian options as well. 
And let's not forget the hosted beer and wine.
